Be a Workshop Presenter

Registered EarthWorks Expo 2007 exhibitors are invited to present up to 2 workshops per day during the 3-day expo on a space-available basis. Every exhibitor is guaranteed at least one workshop opportunity during the 3-day event if requested, subject to approval of proposal. There is no charge for workshop space, including audio-visual equipment when available. Up to 6 workshops may be scheduled concurrently during peak hours.

Workshops may also be offered by individuals or organizations that are not registered EarthWorks exhibitors, space permitting. There is no charge for the use of workshop space or equipment.

The following terms apply to all workshop presenters.

• All workshops are held indoors except by special arrangement.
• Workshops run 60 or 90 minutes (specify) with 15 minutes on either end for setup and cleanup.
• Workshop presenter is compensated $1.00 (one dollar) per attendee, payable 30 days after event. Attendance will be confirmed by Expo monitors.
• If proposing to offer the same workshop multiple times, use one application. If proposing more than one workshop title, use a separate application for each.
• Applications must be received by May 25, 2007 to be listed in the expo program guide.
